Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  I currently accept Paypal.

Q:  Does Iron Rose Supply ship internationally?
A:  Unfortunately not as this time. 

Q:  When will my purchase ship?
A:  Iron Rose Supply tries to ship as soon as we possibly can.  Please note that processing may take up to 3-7 days.  Processing time does not include shipping time.  This is typically the case for custom made items. Most of the time, I have the inventory on hand already made and it will be shipped quickly, often within 24-48 hours. Please contact me for special shipping prices if you are local.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within one week of receiving your package.  I want you to be happy and will try to remedy the situation in any way I can.  Please note beauty products (soaps, lip balms, etc) cannot be returned. If you'd like to return your item for a refund your return will be issued in the same form of payment as you used when checking out.  Please allow up to one week for your return to show up on your credit card statement.  When sending your package back, please be sure to wrap it and pad it securely to prevent any damage during shipment.
